The World Tae Kwon Do Federation uses Poomses or patterns for formations. Each belt or level has a specific forms called Taegeuk. - RF FWD w/ Double Middle BLK, RH Grabs shoulders and LH grabs sleeves or arm, Turn counter-clockwise and over head throw the opponent, Jumping Punch-RH
- LF outstep at 45 degree angle w/ LH Middle BLK, make circular motion with LH grabbing opponents shoulders bring them down, RH grab side of the head, then Knee Strike to chest.

One Step Sparring: For green belt techniques the opponent strikes from over-head
LH – Left hand RH – Right Hand FWD-Forward
- LH high BLK (Big stance), 2 middle punch then final high punch (Tae kwon do)
- LH high BLK (Big stance), Hold the BLK, 2 consecutive middle punches with same hand-RH, then with LH push opponent’s shoulder, and pull with your RH grabbing behind the knees and knocking the opponent to the ground, then jumping punch.
- LH high BLK (Big stance), Right elbow to stomach, then back fist to the head, with RH make circular motion to bring the opponent bent down to finish with R-foot Ax kick.

Blue Belt: (Ignore forms step numbers)
Kicking Combination:
LH-Left hand RH-Right hand
- Switch feet, Left Ft spinning heal kick (turning all the way around to beginning position), step FWD Roundhouse-R, then LH punch.
- Snap kick-RF, 2 punches (w/ RH first), Roundhouse-L, Back kick-R, Roundhouse-L
- Ax-R, Back kick-L, Roundhouse-R
One Step Sparring: (Nunchucks-NC)
- Hold NC with RH. BLK-LH, Strike with RH w/ Bottom end strike to ribs, then Strike chain end to the head
- Hold NC with RH. Throw one end of NC to face, and swing 2 times.
- BLK-LH, strike to face with RH-NC, Grab, turn, and lock opponents hand, with Blocking hand, and then sweep their leg with NC hand. Then strike to face to finish

Brown Belt: (Ignore forms step numbers)
Kicking Combination:
- Roundhouse-RF (without putting foot on the ground) same foot Hook kick, Roundhouse-LF
- Ax kick-RF (without putting foot on the ground) same foot side kick, then turn your body around putting the right foot back and kicking again with same foot Roundhouse-RF
- Roundhouse-RF, switch, double RH (R-L)
One Step Sparring:
- LH BLK grab, RH knife hand strike (palm up) to the neck, then pull with LH closer to strike again with the RH to the other side of the neck (palm down).
- LH BLK grab, RH knife hand strike (palm up), then push w/ palm and sweep. Then finish with jumping punch
- LH BLK grab, RH knife hand strike (palm up), then strike with Left elbow.

High Brown Belt: (Ignore forms step numbers)
Kicking Combination:
- Skipping front snap kick-L, don’t put foot down, side kick-LF, roundhouse-RF
- Stationary Front snap kick-L, don’t put foot down, side kick-LF (same foot), then double roundhouse kick-low then high right foot.
- Skipping front snap kick-L, don’t put foot down, roundhouse kick-LF, Right foot back kick.
One Step Sparring:
- RF cresent kick (outside inside), don’t’ put foot down, right foot double side kick-Stomach face.
- LF front snap kick BLKing the punch, roundhouse-RF to the face
- RF spinning heel kick to the knee, then roundhouse-RF

Red Belt: (Ignore forms step numbers)
Kicking Combination:
- Double Roundhouse-RF (fast, hop, low then high), sidekick-LF
- Hook kick then roundhouse kick without putting foot down-RF, then sidekick-LF
- Ax kick-RF, turning ax kick-RF, skipping side kick-RF
One Step Sparring: Ready position
- Cross hands, right foot step back, Double middle BLK. Grab shoulders, then knee to the stomach with RF, then back to fighting stance.
- Step back with RF, double middle BLK. Grab both the wrists, RF cross step to opponent’s right side, crossing their elbows, then left foot step to make shoulder width stance to throw them.
- RF step back, double middle BLK. Skip FWD grabbing the opponents head, then step back with LF pulling their head down to drop them. Jump punch for finish.

High Red:
Kicking combination:
- Ax kick-RF (inside, outside) putting foot in original postion. LF skipping front snap kick, then RF ax kick again (outside, inside).
- Front snap kick-RF, same foot Roundhouse kick. Then left foot, double roundhouse kick (low, high). Right foot double back kick (low, high).
- Right foot double sidekick (low high), then cross left foot behind right, hook kick then roundhouse kick with same foot (w/o dropping), Left foot back kick and spinning heel kick (same foot w/o dropping).
One Step Sparring:
- Right foot step back, Left hand middle BLK, Turning clockwise put right foot in front of the opponents foot, Knife hand strike right hand, grab collar then sweep, then jump punch.
- Right foot step back, left hand middle BLK, spinning heel kick to opponents knee knocking them down, then roundhouse to the face-RF
- Right foot step back, left hand middle BLK, Turning clockwise putting the right heel in front of the opponents heel, right hand under the arm head lock, then sweep pulling them back to jump punch.
Deputy I:
Kicking Combination:
- Right foot double hook kick (low, high), switch feet, ax kick (inside, outside)-R, ax kick (outside, inside)-L.
- Right foot spinning hook, step fwd, left foot spinning hook kick, then turn counter-clockwise with right foot spinning hook kick.
- Front snap kick-R, Left foot back kick, Right foot roundhouse, Right foot turning roundhouse kick, then left foot spinning hook kick.
Two Step Sparring:
- Step back right foot with down BLK, Then left foot step back and down BLK. Left foot front snap kick, Right foot back kick.
- Right foot step back with down BLK, Then left foot step back with middle BLK (back stance). Left foot roundhouse kick, then right foot spinning hook kick.
- Right foot step back with down BLK (big stance), Then left foot step back with single knife hand block (back stance), left foot roundhouse kick, then right foot turning roundhouse kick.
